Billy Ramadan is the Principal and Legal Director of BT Legal.

With extensive experience across residential and commercial property transactions, Billy provides strategic and practical legal advice to clients navigating what can often be complex and high-value property matters. He is known for taking a commercially focused approach while maintaining a strong emphasis on clear communication, attention to detail and achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

As Principal of BT Legal, Billy is also closely involved in the firm’s day-to-day operations and the development of its client-focused approach. He has built BT Legal around the belief that clients should receive responsive, straightforward and high-quality legal advice without the impersonal experience often associated with larger firms. 

Billy regularly acts for private clients, developers, property investors, companies and trusts, and has particular experience in transactions involving complex contractual, title, ownership and settlement issues.

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB, GDLP & SLP)
• Practice Management Course (PMC)
• Admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria
