Tal Ramadan is a Director and Head of Finance at BT Legal, overseeing the firm’s financial management and supporting the strategic and operational direction of the business. 

Tal plays an integral role in managing the firm’s financial operations, including financial oversight, budgeting, cash flow management, financial administration and monitoring the firm’s ongoing financial performance.

Tal also focuses on developing and implementing improved financial processes and systems to support the firm’s continued growth. This includes exploring new technologies, software and methods of financial management that improve efficiency, consistency and financial visibility across the business.

Working closely with the firm’s leadership team, Tal helps ensure BT Legal maintains strong financial foundations while continuing to develop systems that support client matter management and sustainable growth in the firm’s evolving needs.
